The season premier of the Real Housewives of Vancouver—Canada’s first Real Housewives show—was the top-rated premier on the Slice television network of all time. One of the main cast members, as we all well know by now, is Mary Zilba, the former beauty pageant and singer who now resides in Yaletown (such excellent taste, darling!).

Aquarius 1, Mary Zilba's condo in Yaletown.
Out of curiosity—yes, we know it killed the cat—we decided to figure out exactly which condo building she resides in. Fortunately, Yaletown is small, and only so many condos sit right on False Creek as hers does.

A screen cap from the Real Housewives of Vancouver, episode one.
We started with a screen capture from the first episode of RHOV that shows her condominium from an aerial shot. The angle was perfect, because we could match the top of the building’s shape and details with that of Microsoft’s handy Bing Maps tool.

After locating her condo on Bing, we confirmed its identity via Google Maps and triple-checked with the MLS. Indeed, RHOV’s Mary Zilba resides in Aquarius 1 (address 1199 Marinaside Crescent), at the end of Davie Street.
Aquarius 1 is a 38-storey concrete high-rise building situated right on the waterfront. Built by Concord Pacific, it’s a part of the Aquarius Complex, a luxury development constructed at the turn of the millennium.
The complex, includes 1111 Marinaside, 189 Drake Street, and 198 Aquarius Mews. Mary’s condo boasts numerous high-end amenities, including a fitness centre, hot hub, sauna, and indoor pools.
In Mary’s building, there is currently a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 28th floor with a waterfront view on sale for $848,000 (just under $800 per square foot) and a massive, top-floor penthouse that’s asking nearly $8 million for more than 5,000 square feet of pure luxury and 360-degree views of False Creek and downtown Vancouver (just over $1,500 per square foot).

you can get 1 beds here for like 400k. then you could see mary zilba in the elevator!
